氨分解制氢装置 Ammonia Separation Hydrogen Installation

以液氨为原料,气化后在催化剂作用下加热分解,产生含氢75%、氮25%的混合气, 反应方程式如下:2NH3---3H2+N2。

We take liquid ammonia as raw material, it heats up and separates after gasification under the effect of catalyzer, and produce a type of mixed gas which contains 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. Reaction Function as follows: 2NH3---3H2+N2.



变压吸附提氢装置  Pressure Swing Absorption Hydrogen Extraction Installation

变压吸附提氢是以吸附剂(多孔固体物质)内部表面对气体分子的物理吸附为基础,利用吸附剂在相同压力下易吸附高沸点组分,不易吸附低沸点组分,将原料气在压力通过吸附剂床层,相对于氢的高沸点杂质组分被选择性吸附,低沸点组分的氢不易吸附而通过吸附剂床层,达到氢和杂质组成分离,得到高纯度产品氢气。

Pressure swing absorption hydrogen extraction is based on the physical absorption of gas molecules by the absorbent (porous solids) inner surface. It utilizes the feature of absorbent which the high boiling components are easily absorbed and the low boiling components are not. While the raw gas pass through the surface of the absorbent bed, the impure components which have high boiling point comparative to hydrogen will selectively being absorbed, low boiling component will pass through the absorbent bed thus achieve the separation of hydrogen and impure components and generate high purity level hydrogen.
