中空纤维膜分离制氮机  Hollow Fiber Membrane Separation Nitrogen Generator

以压缩空气为原料,进入一个或多个膜组件,每个膜组件都有数百万根中空纤维组成,空气中的各种气体(大约78%的氮气,21%氧气,1%的氩气)在透过膜壁时具有不同的渗透速率,使得氧气、氩气和水蒸气等由加压的气流中从膜壁渗透过滤出去,从而产生干燥的氮气,氮气从膜的末端排出送到用气点。

We take compressed air as raw material, input one or many Membrane module which each is composed of millions of hollow fiber. Air of many gases (approximately 78% Nitrogen, 21% Oxygen and 1% Argon) of ifferent penetration rates pass through the membrane wall. 

Pressurized air including oxygen, argon and water vapor will penetrate through the membrane wall and leaves dry nitrogen being discharged at the end of the membrane and sent to the site where the gas is being applied to.
