本装置采用两塔常压吸附常压或真空解析流程(简称PSA或VPSA)，利用分子筛从空气中吸附氮气，分离提取氧气，制得90-95%的富氧。

This installation uses PSA or VPSA process, utilizes molecular sieve to absorbe nitrogen from air, separate and extract oxygen. In the end generates about 90-95% oxygen.
